Sara Zaniboni, PhD, is associate professor in Work and Organizational Psychology, University of Bologna. Her main research interests include diversity at work (e.g., age, disability, gender) - she leads a research group that studies how to manage and enhance diversity at work to achieve positive outcomes for workers, teams, and organizations. Her research in this domain led to publications in refereed journals, keynote speeches, awards (e.g., 2015 outstanding paper award, 2018 outstanding author contribution award), participation in national (e.g., PRIN, PNRR) and international (e.g., EU grants) projects, and in journal editorial boards (e.g., Work, Aging and Retirement). She is one of the main creators and organizers of the "Age in the Workplace Meeting”, a bi-yearly international conference. She was an invited visiting researcher/professor at the University of Essex, University of Sherbrooke, Université du Québec à Montréal, Portland State University, ISCTE - Lisbon University Institute, and from 2021 she is adjunct/visiting professor at ETH Zurich.
