Sara Bosi graduated in Agricultural and Vegetable Biotechnology at
the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Bologna in 2005. In
2006, she spent a trainee period within the study program "Leonardo
Da Vinci" at Verbiotech I+D+I S.L., Granada, Spain. The main

Agro-territorial systems at the University of Bologna. Actually,
she works as Research Assistant at the Department of
Agroenvironmental Science and Technology (University of Bologna,
Italy).
She is involved in
the study of expression physiology of nutraceutical compounds

agronomic techniques and environmental factors, and synthesis of
secondary metabolites.
