EXPERIMENTAL THESES
Experimental theses are carried out in the field of pharmaceutical analysis/separation science at analytical and microanalytical scale:
- development, validation and application of separation methods such as liquid chromatography (HPLC, UHPLC), gas chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, in the analysis of bioactive molecules and metabolites in complex samples (e.g., plant extracts, biological matrices).
- development of microPAD (microfluidic paper-based analytical devices) systems, portable devices for immediate analysis of bioactive compounds.
- development of systems/methods for the combination: capillary electrophoresis - electron impact ionization (EI) mass spectrometry
