21th December 1999

Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Bologna. The thesis was "Synthesis of positive inotropic agents" under the direction of Prof. A. Andreani.

 

May-October 1998

Visiting scientist in the laboratory directed by Dr. Markus A. Christen at NOVARTIS Pharma Corporate Research in Basel (CH), where she was involved in a medicinal chemistry project.

 

15th July 1996

University Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Tecnology at the University of Bologna with 110/110 cum Laude. The thesis was "Synthesis of substituted cephalosporins" under the direction of Prof. A. Umani Ronchi.

From December 2009, on behalf of the Department of Pharmacy and Biotechnology, she is responsible for managment and use of the NMR spectrometers Varian MR 400 MHz e Gemini 200 MHz (located at the Department of Chemistry G. Ciamician - University of Bologna) and Varian Unity-Inova 600 MHz and Mercury-Plus 400 MHz (located at the Department of Industrial Chemistry “Toso Montanari” - University of Bologna).

On behalf of the Ministry of Education, University and Scientific Research, she was referee for PRIN projects.
