Associate Professor of Legal Informatics, Computer Forensics, and Corporate Cybersecurity and Data Protection at the University of Bologna – Department of Law.
Director of the University Master’s Program in Personal Data Processing and Data Protection Officer since 2019. She is a member of the Alma Human Artificial Intelligence Center and of the PhD Board in Law, Science, and Technology.
She is a member of the University Thematic Group Civil Security for Society and the University Representative on the Management Committee of the inter-university research center CybeRights.
She has participated in numerous national and international research projects, including serving as WP Leader in the EcoCyber project (PE.7 SERICS) on Security and Rights in Cyberspace, and as a member of the PRIN 2022 project Towards a Safe Seizure and Confiscation of Crypto-Assets in Criminal Proceedings.
She is the author of several publications on informatics and law, particularly in cybersecurity and computer forensics, including Governare la cybersicurezza degli (eco) sistemi cyberfisici (2026, with G. Adinolfi) and Nuove questioni di Informatica forense (2022).
