After studying at Bologna University where I gained a PhD in
Sociology and Social Politics and a Post-doctorate in Political and
Economic Juridical Sciences I am currently an assistant Sociology
professor of cultural and communicative processes at the University
of Bologna where I teach “Web Sociology and Globalisation" and
"Sociology of Communication".
Scientific Coordinator of the
Multimedia and Visual Sociology Laboratory.
I am also a
member and Co-Founder of Ces.Co.Com (Consumption and Communication
Research Center) at Bologna University's Sociology and Business Law
Faculty and Director of the “Leonardo Da Vinci” Project at
Bologna's Political Sciences Faculty.
responsible of the European Erasmus exchange with Universities in
Copenhagen, Vilnius, Mid Sweden and also a Representative of the
Political Science School EU Erasmus Placement
Project and Delegate of International Relationships for the Sociology and Business Law Department.
Since 2009 I
have been a member of the Prosumer Research Group at Maryland
University UMD and from 2012 adjunct at Duquesne University Pittsburgh.
