PHBV/tannin films for food packaging applications
This research project carried out at the Department of Chemical, Civil, Environmental and Materials Engineering aimed at the preparation and study of fully bioplastic formulations by using polyhydroxyalkanoates as the polymeric matrix and chestnut tannins as the multifunctional additive.
