Anatomic Pathology of the University of Bologna
Present position:
Academic: Full professor of Anatomic Pathology at the University of
Bologna, in charge for the lessons on Anatomic Pathology at the
School of Dentistry and School of Medicine. Director of the School
of Anatomic Pathology at the University of Bologna.
Hospital: Director of the Section of Anatomic Pathology of the
Department of Oncologicy, at Bellaria Hospital,
Bologna.
Main research activity of the last three years focused on tumours
of the breast, of the head and neck region and brain.
More than two hundred papers published and quoted in PubMed.
Referee of several International Journals
Member of the Italian Society of Anatomic Pathology
(SIAPEC).
Member of the European Society of Pathology (ESP) and active
member of the Working Groups on Head and Neck and on Breast
Pathology.
Member of the European Working Group on Breast Screening
Pathology.
