Associate professor at the University of Bologna since 2015, she carries out her research in the field of psychometrics, the science for construction and validation of tools for intervention and diagnosis for psychology and medicine, studying the methods of analysis and measurement of visual perception and eye movements in the general population and in pathological populations. The research interests are directed in particular to the application of descriptive and inferential models on eye movements and perception; the construction, validation and standardization of tools for the evaluation and rehabilitation of the dorsal and ventral system to be used in the developmental age and in adulthood, the use of advanced descriptive models (neurofuzzy, chaotic models) for the analysis of fixation, pursuit and saccades . Engaged in national and international research projects, she collaborates with several European and US Institutes. She is the responsible person of the Psychometrics and Neuropsychology Lab, and the Clinical Service SPEV for the diagnosis and treatment of learning disorders Department of Psychology.
