The project aims to examine how early exposure to digital media influences developmental outcomes, with a particular focus on identifying the risk and protective factors that contribute to healthy development and promote a balanced and developmentally appropriate use of digital technologies.

My research focuses on understanding how affective touch between caregivers and children shapes socio-emotional development, emotional and physiological regulation, attention to social stimuli, and developmental well-being. More broadly, my work aims to elucidate the mechanisms through which early relational experiences promote healthy development.
