Main teaching experiences in the last 10 years:
Over the years he has been a member of the Councils of PhD programme in Psychology at the University of Bologna and the University of Parma.
Since 2010/11 he is teaching at the Master Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P), Erasmus Mundus Master.
Since 2016/17 he is teaching of Soft skills to be effective at work, First cycle degree programmes.
From ay 2018/19 he is teaching in Work Psychology, at Social work, First cycle degree programme.

Erasmus + Esteem Project: Safety training and assessment in support of European mobility
HORIZON 2020 project, "XCYCLE - Advanced measures to reduce cyclists' fatalities
and increase comfort in the interaction with motorized vehicles ".
European project G.I.A.N.T. Guidance: Innovative Actions and New Tools, Leonardo da Vinci Program (2008-2010).
Participation in research groups
Head of Ce.Trans (Center for Transitions to Work and Work), Department of Psychology, deals with: training of guidance practitioners, research experiences aimed at developing tools for personal assessment and evaluation of effectiveness interventions in the field of guidance.
