At the moment, an international federation for virtual sports has been established and a process of recognition has been initiated by CONI, but the system is informed by the classic concept of sport, presenting difficulties in regulating the phenomenon. A scientific discussion is underway on the traceability to sporting activities, according to the sporting regulations of the IOC and CONI, in the absence of which it is not possible to take advantage of administrative and tax benefits, including those dedicated to the inclusiveness of sport. The project proposes to identify the legal aspects of virtual sports and suggest public policies for the creation of aggregative centres to attract people with disabilities towards physical activity.
