Luca Zambelli

Research Fellow, Ph.D. in Public Law institutions, with a research project focusing on welfare services planning through the development of sports facilities.

He is the author of a monograph titled "Law of motor and sports activities: The Italian sports system towards reform" (BUP, 2022), as well as numerous scientific publications.

His research activity revolves around sports law, with a particular focus on sports facility planning, the relationship between public and private entities, sports regulations, disability issues, new technologies, and within the field of health law, where he addresses the organization of local healthcare services and patient rights.

He is included among the teachers of the Olympic Training Program of CONI (Italian National Olympic Committee).
