Use of BIM systems and Program Management methods for a sustainable taste of the life cycle of buildings.
BIM systems collect and integrate detailed information on individual buildings or structure complexes, which allow the management of the entire life cycle, from planning to maintenance management to the transition to other entities of the management activities themselves.
BIM systems in this sense and if integrated with traditional planning tools allow you to manage artifacts using a program approach, which allows you to manage not only the operational aspects but also the measurement and management of the benefit achieved.
The objective of this thesis work is to demonstrate the efficiency of BIM systems in the decision-making processes necessary for the management of a building along the entire life cycle.
