Full Professor of Educational Research at the Department of
Education Sciences "Giovanni Maria Bertin" of the Alma Mater
Studiorum University of Bologna.
At the Faculty of Education, she teaches “Methodology of
Educational Research” and “Theories and methods of planning and
evaluation” in the undergraduate courses for pre-service
teachers.
At present, her research activities are focused on topics such as
curricular planning (with interdisciplinary team) in
school and in vocational training, recently also in higher education in order to qualification of teaching; educational innovation
monitoring in kindergarten, primary and secondary school; the implementation and validation of videoanalysis and observation procedures of teaching practices; the
relationship between teachers and school evaluation; the assessment
and certification of skills, in e-learning contexts too; the
process in Quality Assurance in Lifelong Learning international
contexts.
The main research methods used are those of Educational evaluation
research and the quantitative research (especially descriptive and
correlational surveys).
