Externship at Soft Tissue Surgery of Veterinary Teaching
Hospital of Colorado State University during September and October
2003. During this period he had increased his knowledge on
laparoscopy and thoracoscopy under the supervision of prof. Eric
Monnet.
2005 and 2007 Externshipat the Surgery Department
of Veterinary Teaching Hospital at the Complutense University of
Madrid from February to May 2005 and in March 2007(under the
guidance of prof. Maria Mercedes Sanchez de la Muela and Prof.
Paloma Maria Garcia Fernandez).
During this period he had taken part in the surgical rounds and
activities, deepening his study on treatment of abdominal hernias
in dogs, investigating a new technique for the treatment of
perineal hernia. Morevoer, in 2007 in Madrid he has attended a
course of application of stents for the treatment of tracheal and
urethral stenosis with dr. Chick Weisse as relator.
