Curriculum vitae

Qualifications attained : - July 11, 1991 : Law degree , University of Rome La Sapienza , with a score of 110/110 . Thesis in international law on The regime of reprisals in time of peace, with particular reference to the economic measures ( supervisor Prof. Gaetano Arangio - Ruiz ) . - 20 November 1996 : PhD in International Law ( VII cycle ) at the Faculty of Law of the University of Rome La Sapienza . The research project which has dedicated the three-year PhD has related to the role of the Security Council of the United Nations in the field of peaceful settlement of disputes and / or situations .

November 26, 2003: degree in philosophy (old system) at the Faculty of philosophy of La Sapienza with grade 108/110, with the thesis the surplus of poetry than the ways of the art in the thought of Martin Heidegger, supervisor prof. Pietro Montani.

-December 4, 2003: admitted to the legal profession (Court of appeal of Rome).

-from March 1, 2007 to February 28, 2009 Research Assistant at the Faculty of letters and philosophy of the Sapienza University of Rome, for the German linguistic area (L-LIN/14), for a research project in the field of legal translation under the direction of prof. Claudio Di Meola. Research has been the analysis of prepositions in sentences of the Bundesverfassungsgericht on international law.

Training experiences abroad:

In autumn 1993 she spent a three-month period for research activities for the purpose of writing a PhD thesis at the Max Planck Institut für ausländisches öffentliches Recht und Völkerrecht at Heidelberg.

From October 1996 until the end of September 1997 she received a scholarship from the University of Florence to attend training courses abroad on international and European law at the Law Faculty of the University of Potsdam (Germany).

- academic year 2015-16: School of Languages, Literatures, Translation and Interpreting, Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna, Detachment of Forlì: Elements of Law (ssd. ius/13, 40 hours, 6 ETCS).

-academic year 2013-14: Department of Humanities, University of Rome 3, teaching: International cooperation (ssd. ius/13, 72 hours, 12 ECTS); at the Faculty of law at the Sapienza University; five-hour lesson for the recovery course of international law for students going off (degree course tutoring) concerning international subjectivity (typical and atypical question subjects of the subjectivity of individuals);

- academic year 2012-13: Faculty of Humanities University of Rome 3, International organization and protection of human rights (ssd. ius/13, 72 hours, 12 ECTS);

2011-12 academic year: Università della Tuscia, Bachelor of science in organizational Sciences and inter-faculty (SOGE), teaching international law + European Union law (54 hours); at the Faculty of law at the Sapienza University lesson in two hours for the recovery course of international law for students going off (degree course tutoring) on the law of the sea;

-academic year 2009-2010 collaboration to the Chair of German language (prof. Margrit Wetter) activated at the faculties of law and economics of Sapienza University where she played a German course 24 hour legal, focused in part on analysis of German legal texts on relevant international organization;

-academic year 2009/2010: international law (international law programme + European Union law) at the University of Tuscia (Interfaculty graduate program organization and Management Sciences).

-academic year 2008-2009: collaboration with prof. Antonio Marchesi in carrying out lessons for courses in international law (IUS-13, 1st semester) and European Union law (IUS-14, second semester).

-academic year 2007-2008: at the Faculty of philosophy, European Union law (IUS-14, 1st semester) and international law (IUS-13, second semester).

-academic year 2006-2007 (2nd semester) played, as a lecturer, a six-month course of international law (IUS-13) at the Faculty of philosophy of the Sapienza University

-The March 15, 2006 by invitation of prof. Anna Salerni (La Sapienza University) two-hour lesson in the course held by prof. Salerni "adult education" on the subject: outlines of the political institutions of the European Union.

-In December 2004 lesson two and a half hours in English on the subject of Humanitarian Intervention and the United Nations Security Council in the course of lectures for PhD in political theory (Political Theory) organized at the LUISS University in Rome.

April 16, 2004-on the invitation of prof. Nicola de Sicilian Cumis (Università La Sapienza), held a two-hour lesson at the National Academy of dramatic art in Rome, on training educators of school-level theatre with a view and using the tools of European integration.

-From November 2000 until June 2002 he collaborated with Professor of diplomatic and consular law, Faculty of Political sciences at La Sapienza (prof. Sciso).

-Since June 2002 is Assistant Professor for European Union law and international law at the Faculty of philosophy at La Sapienza (prof. Antonio Marchesi); occasionally replaced the teacher unable to hold your classes.

-In February 2000, he worked as a teacher for the FORMEZ within the activities of this institution for the training of school heads doing an assignment for a total of 27 hours of lessons on the activities promoted by the European Commission within the framework of the programmes in the field of education.

-In the course of research and collaboration with the Chair of prof. Lattanzi at LUISS Guido Carli University, has occasionally replaced the teacher unable to conduct lessons, both at the LUISS, Rome 3 University (Faculty of Economics).
