Short Bio

PhD student (cycle XXXVIII) in Agricultural, Environmental and Food Science and Technology at the Department of Food Science and Technology (DISTAL) of the Alma Mater Studiorum-University of Bologna. The research activity, which is part of the "Food Science and Biotechnology" theme, in the area of "Innovative solutions, practices and behaviours in food and nutritional safety and sustainability" is aimed at the development of ORGANOGELs containing bioactive compounds from agri-food by-products and their application for the formulation of innovative and sustainable foods.

Scholarship funded by the European Union - Next Generation EU - under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) - Extended Partnerships (PE10 - ONFOOD). Tutor: Prof. Maria Teresa Rodriguez Estrada, Co-tutor: Dr. Dario Mercatante.
