Corporate consultant and Adjunct Professor at Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna (Rimini Campus) since 2020. He has over twenty years of experience in Administration, Finance and Controlling, with a focus on management control systems, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, KPIs and performance measurement. Since 2007, he has been teaching and delivering executive training at ISTAO (Ancona). In 2019, he created “SIA – Strategy Into Action”, an experiential-learning Business Game that connects strategy, operating plans and performance indicators. Since 2021, he has been Finance Manager at Joyson Italia.
