Corporate consultant and adjunct lecturer. He has over 20 years of managerial experience in Administration, Finance and Controlling, with a focus on designing and implementing management control systems, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, KPIs and performance measurement.

Degree in Economics and Business (1999), University of Urbino. Master’s in Business Management (2000), ISTAO.
Teaching
Since 2007, he has been teaching and delivering executive training in financial statement analysis and management control at ISTAO (Ancona). Since 2020, he has been an Adjunct Professor at Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna (Rimini Campus). Since 2019, he has been the creator of the “SIA – Strategy Into Action” project, an experiential-learning Business Game designed to connect strategic choices, operating plans, economic and financial value drivers, and performance indicators.
Professional experience
Since 2009, he has worked as a consultant focusing on the implementation and/or redesign of management control systems and reporting models. Since 2021, he has held the position of Finance Manager at Joyson Italia (Joyson Group / Ningbo Joyson Electronic Corp).
