Gabriele Morandin is Full Professor of Organizational Behavior at the University of Bologna (since 2020), where he also serves as Chair of the Teaching Commission at the Department of Management (DiSA). He is Associate Dean for Faculty & Research at Bologna Business School (BBS). He led the first EQUIS accreditation of BBS as Associate Dean for Accreditations & Quality Assurance (2018–2023) and recently served as Dean of the School of Economics & Management (2023–2024).

His academic and advisory work focuses on organizational identity, talent management, leadership, and work-life dynamics. He has collaborated with leading Italian corporations including Ferrari, Coesia Group, Carraro Group, Angelini Pharma, and UniCredit, combining analytical rigour with managerial applicability.
