Short Bio

Gabriele was born in Treviso on 16.01.1976.

Trained between Bologna and the United States, he works for the University of Bologna since 2006.

He currently chairs the School of Economics and Management, is Associate Dean of Bologna Business School (BBS), Visiting Professor at international business schools, and collaborates with companies and other institutions on innovation and change.

Gabriele studies organizational behavior and conducts research on leadership, work-life balance, onboarding of newcomers, and behaviors related to the use of digital technologies.
