Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Department of Management. He is also Director of the First Cycle Degree in Business Administration at the School of Economics and Management, Co-Director of the Master in Human Resources & Organization (In 2017 it has achieved the EPAS international accreditation) at
Bologna Business School. He received the Ph.D in Management in 2005 at the University of Bologna and he has been
Visiting Scholar and Research Assistant from 2004 to 2006 at the Ross School of
Business of the University of Michigan (MI, USA). In 2015 he gained the 'Certification for 360-degree Assessments' from the Center for Creative Leadership (NC, USA).
His research is focused on employability and its effects over time and over contexts. His publications appeared among others on the Computers in Human Behavior, Employee Relations, European Journal of Marketing, European Management Review, Harvard Business Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management Inquiry, MIT Sloan Management Review, and Scandinavian Journal of Management, while he seats on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Vocational Behavior.
He gained awards for research *Best Paper Award* at WOA 2012 – XIII Workshop of Italian Group of Scholars on Organization studies; *Outstanding Reviewer*, Academy of Management Annual Meeting, Managerial and Organizational Cognition Division) and for teaching (*100% Overall Students Satisfaction*, Results 2012 and 2016, Business Organization; *100% Overall Recommendation*, Results 2015, Master in HR & Organization, BBS).
