Description:: The Laboratory for the History of Political Thought "De Cive", set up in 2019 on the initiative of the History Unit and the Psychological-Social Unit of the Department of Humanities, Social Sciences and Cultural Enterprises (DUSIC) of the University of Parma, is based in the Borgo Carissimi complex of the same University. The aim of the laboratory is to promote political studies in their historical, philosophical and political dimension, with particular reference to the international aspect. The aims of the laboratory are pursued through the realisation of research projects, publications, seminars, conferences and conventions. In the implementation of its projects, the laboratory also cooperates in the valorisation and increase of the funds relating to the history of political thought present in the library facilities of the Department in the Borgo Carissimi.
