PROF. AVV. FRANCESCO GENNARI
born in Bologna on June 14, 1968,
graduated with honour (110/110 cum laude ) on 21 October1991 at
the Law Faculty of the University of Bologna discussing a final
paper in Commercial Law concerning "Le obbligazioni convertibili in
azioni" with Professor Vito Maria Mangini; has been admitted to the
Italian Bar in 1994 and since 1992 has been voluntary assistant in
Commercial Law at the faculty of Economics at the University
of Bologna with Professor Luigi Filippo Paolucci.
Since november 2, 2006 is Associate Professor at the Faculty of
Economics in Forlì.
