Francesca Florimbii (Teramo, 1978) is an Associate Professor at the Department of Classical Philology and Italian Studies of the University of Bologna. Since 2023, she has been a board member of Treccani.
She works on the field of Italian Philology. The authors she is currently focusing on are Francesco Petrarca, Giovanni Antonio Romanello, Giovanni Pascoli, Giosue Carducci e Riccardo Bacchelli.
Florimbii attended multiple national and international congresses on the topics of her research. She published many articles in important academic journals and several critical editions that have received praise from the scientific community.
