Filippo Piva

Adjunct Professor at the University of Bologna, where he explores the themes of the project and the active conservation of landscapes and open spaces aimed at capturing and telling the story, the changes and the identity of a place in continuous evolution, accompanying evolutionary processes of the territory without freezing it in an arbitrarily defined time, but also highlighting the social, economic and ecological potential and involving the sensitivity and interests of the community.

Since 1997 he has mainly worked as a freelancer dealing with landscape design, parks and gardens with particular attention to environmental improvement and the management of available resources. Themes of particular professional interest concern the creation of new urban ecosystems and the quality and sustainability of public and private spaces.
