Our group collaborates with the Scripps Research institute (San Diego, California, USA) in the transcriptomics analysis of brain cells affected by viral infection and exposure to drugs. We develop algorithms for single-cell pathway enrichment analysis and metabolite prediction.

I collaborate with the Markowetz Lab (Cancer Research UK - Cambridge Institut) for the development of novel algorithm for the characterization of transcriptional cofactors. To this aim, I leverage data from ChIP-Seq experiments and coexpression network inference.
