Applicants for Erasmus+ Exchange Programme Aarhus (DK), Academic Year 2024-25 are welcome to email Prof. Baroncelli (eugenia.baroncelli@unibo.it) to schedule their interviews in view of the Erasmus+ application deadline Feb 8, 2024, h 13.00 (1 PM) Rome time.
Aarhus University offers a wide range of cutting edge courses (including among others: The UN in a new world order, The causes and consequences of political violence, Money, space and power: Urban political economy in the Global South; The Crisis of European Politics? Public opinion transformation in the Age of Realignment and Populism; The politics of time: Exploring the temporal dimension of democracy, Comparative climate politics; Artificial intelligence and democracy, The Philosophy of AI: The Ethics of Human-Machine Relations). Courses in methods (Computational text analysis, Political Data Science, Understanding Discrimination: Experimental Evidence from Sociology, Economics and Political Science and others) are also offered.

Interviews will be held in English via Teams and will cover background - cv and aspirations of candidates.
Prior to the interview, candidates are kindly asked to email their CV, exam transcript and a letter of intent (English).
A written sample (essay) in English is also welcome - although not necessary for the application.
IMPORTANT:
Upon request by our Aarhus Partners, Erasmus+ UNIBO exchange students going to Aarhus should have a solid background in the study of political and social sciences (cumulative 60 CFUs (BA and MA-obtained cfus) in courses listed as SPS and/or Methodological courses in the social sciences both SPS and non-SPS – i.e. including Statistics, Quantitative Methods for the Social Sciences and similar methodological courses). In the event that the students awarded the grant do not meet these requirements by the time of their course selection, they will be required to compensate for the missing CFUs (1 CFU=1 ECTS) in the semester preceding their departure.
