Enrica Polato

A Research Fellow at the Department of Educational Sciences "G.M. Bertin" of the University of Bologna, with a research project entitled "Visual disabilities, books and tactile itineraries" (Tutor Prof. Roberta Caldin and Prof. Roberto Dainese), in which the aim is to identify new heuristic spaces for the design and experimentation of didactic-tactile materials and products (books, museum itineraries, etc.) that enhance access to knowledge and culture for visually impaired minors.
Her research interests concern visual impairment (with some specific focus on the developmental age), narrative and disability, accessible narrative and TIBs (Tactile Illustrated Books). Go to the Curriculum vitae
