Emiliano Rossi

Junior assistant professor (fixed-term) at the Department of Cultural Heritage of the University of Padua, from 2023 to 2026 he worked as a post-doc researcher in ATLas - Atlas of Local Television project. His main area of interest is television, framed on a historical, social and productive level.

In the current academic year, he teaches Organization and Management of Multimedia Systems (CdLM Incom e Citem) and is class tutor of Media Management course at the University of Bologna.

Since 2019 he has been part of the organizing committee of the Mediating Italy in Global Culture summer school. He is the author of Schermi di trasporto. Storia, produzione, immaginari (Meltemi, 2023) and serves as journal manager for VIEW Journal of European Television History & Culture. He is currently PhD, post-doc fellows and adjunct professors representative for the Consulta Universitaria del Cinema.

He achieved the National Scientific qualification as associate professor in the field 10/C1.
