The research activity concerns the more
innovative procedures to plan the
existent city, searching for a new urban and environmental
quality. More specificly, the scientific activity
covers themes linked to strategies about urban
densification, the role of urban mobility and of the main railway
transport nodes for urban and spatial renewal, the
implementation of opportunities offered by new
eco-industrial park models for the renewal of existent
industrial sites and disused industrial areas.
