The potential subject of the thesis will be discussed according to the student's background and preferences, also depending on the paper presented for the exam. In any case, a thesis in Christianity and Cultural Heritage could stay within (but is not limited to) the following areas:

- The historically contextualized study of the translation of the Bible into modern languages;

- The historically contextualized study of modern editions and translations of ancient Christian texts;

- Religious Christian minorities and so-called heresies from Antiquity to the contemporary age;

- History of Christian historiography and scholarship;

- Dance and religion.
