Description:
Anthropological consultancy for the performance project "Lotus", promoted by the association “Nexus”. The project won the 2017 MigrArti-performance award, funded by the Ministry for Arts and Culture. The project involved sixteen young girls of the “Associazione Unione dei Tamil d’Italia”, who performed a choreography created by Simona Bertozzi, contemporary dance teacher, in collaboration with the Tamil bharata natyam teacher Sharmini Kavithasan. This choreography, a combination of the two teachers’ dance styles, was performed in Bologna ("Bologna Estate") and Pistoia ("MigrArti spettacolo 2017").
