Cristiana Natali (PhD) teaches Anthropology of South Asia, Anthropology of Dance, and Methodologies of Ethnographic Research at the University of Bologna. She carried out fieldwork in the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) controlled areas in Sri Lanka between 2002 and 2006 and she has been working with the Tamil diaspora, particularly in Italy, since 2000.
She is the Representative for Disability Issues for the Department of History and Cultures and in charge, together with Roberta Bonetti, of REAL lab (https://site.unibo.it/real-lab/it), a website that deals with the promotion and dissemination of activities and projects on anthropology of education and disability carried out within the same Department.
