Cristian Balducci

I'm a work and organizational psychologist. My main research interests are in the area of health and safety at work, with a focus on work-related stress and psychosocial risk factors. Specific topics include workplace bullying and heavy work investment (work engagement and workaholism). I'm a member of the editorial board of European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Work and Stress, Journal of Business and Psychology, Occupational Health Science e International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health. I was a member of the Executive Committee of European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (www.eawop.org) (2015-2019).
