P.I. of the Institute of Advanced Studies project "Internet and the identity trilogy" (about the impact of the Internent on personal, cultural and political identity)
P.I. of the Alma Idea project, funded by the University of Bologna, on "Governing numbers: economic indicators and the budget decision in the Constitutional State".
His research focuses on fundamental rights - mainly on freedom of speech-, sources of law, the European federalizing process and its impact on the financial constitutions of Member States, the judicial review of legislation.
