Chiara Rivi

I am a PhD student in Data Science and Computation in the BioFolD laboratory at University of Bologna. My research focuses on the analysis of complex biological data, with particular interest in genomic data analysis and gene prioritization in the context of human diseases.

I work on the development and application of bioinformatics pipelines in Python, applying computational approaches for data integration and functional analysis. My activity is carried out in collaboration with the Computational Genomics Unit at Sant’Orsola-Malpighi Hospital.
