Education and Academic Career:
Cesare Biserni received the M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering and the Ph.D. degree in Nuclear Engineering at the University of Bologna.
After various post-doc positions as research fellow and a research period at Duke University (NC, USA), he became Assistant Professor in the disciplinary sector ING/IND-10, at the University of Bologna. Subsequently, in 2014, he joined as Associate Professor the Department of Industrial Engineering of Alma Mater in the disciplinary sector ING/IND-11. In 2021 he moved to the role of Full Professor.
