The Constructal Theory, carried out by prof. Bejan in 1996, represents the main research topic. It constitutes a contribution to thermodynamics and heat transfer, both in terms of basic research and design and optimization techniques. The project is approached as a real science, in which the generation of configurations is regarded as a phenomenon of all physics, based on principle, i.e., the Constructal Law.
