Carlo Rasia is an Associate Professor of Civil Procedural Law and of Domestic and International Arbitration Law at the School of Law of the Alma Mater Studiorum-University of Bologna.
He practices in Bologna and he admitted to Italian Supreme Court.
His researches are focused on international and European procedural law.
He collaborates with many foreign universities and he participates in some national and international research projects.
He lectures in Italy and abroad.
He is the winner of "Mauro Cappelletti Prize 2015" for the best procedural book in the World conferred by International Association of Procedural Law.
He also won the "Enrico Redenti Prize 2017" for the best procedural book in Italy.
