Short Bio

Associate Professor at the University of Bologna since 2014, she carries out her research work in the field of Metallurgy. Her research activity is dedicated to surface engineering of metallic materials as well as to conservation of cultural heritage metals. Presently her research work focuses on the tribological behavior of anti-friction and anti-wear coatings/surface treatments as well as on the development of protective coatings for outdoor monuments. She's involved in several national and international projects, as well as in industrial cooperation with local companies.
