• For approximately 20 years, he has collaborated with the “Fratelli Caretti Farm – Sant’angelo Cheese Factory” (matr. 3552) (http://www.aziendacaretti.it/), in partnership with DIMEVET e DISTAL (170 lactating cows with milking robots, equipped with the most modern forage drying technologies) which has always made itself available for carrying out numerous experiments, also with the supervision of the Parmigiano-Reggiano Consortium, making the entire Parmigiano-Reggiano production chain available, from forage to cheese.

• For approximately 15 years, he has collaborated with Alltech Italy S.r.l. (Casalecchio di Reno, BO), coordinated by Alltech (Nicholasville, Kentucky, USA), a company which operates in the animal feed and animal husbandry sector. In 2013, this collaboration, together with Martini SpA (Budrio di Longiano, FC), led to the financing of a research project regarding the quality and shelf-life of rabbit meat by DIMEVET.
