Tematica:Sustainability performance of urban agro-food initiatives
The objective of the dissertation is monitoring sustainability performance of the urban agro-food initiatives involved in the H2020 FoodE project (https://foode.eu/ ). Such monitoring will be implemented involving citizen participation. Citizens’ feedback will be collected through the rating of the performance indicators of each urban agriculture initiative through the FoodE App. The feedbacks will be collected in Italian language.

The student will collect data and analyse citizens’ feedback on the performance indicators, focusing on one or more urban agriculture initiative at urban level.

The objective of the thesis is the analysis of the commercialization of local farmers’ products in local private or public food service activities, such as restaurants, retailers, schools, café, etc..

- Analysing survey data
- Consultation and analysis of policy programmes and regulations
- Content analysis
