Annamaria Gimigliano is an expert in innovation and organizational behavior. She earned a Doctorate in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi, where her research focused on the behavior of social animals and its application to organizations.
She has held managerial positions in both public and private organizations, including Accenture, Alitalia, Veronafiere, and Fondazione UNIMI. She teaches at university level, focusing on organization and performance measurement.
