Angelo Fabbri graduated in mechanical engineering and, after some industrial experiences, joined the staff at the Institute of Agricultural Mechanization of Bologna University in 1992. Three years later achieved the Ph.D in agricultural engineering. He is currently associate professor at Department of Agricultural and Food Science - Alma Mater Studiorum Bologna University, where teaches math, statistics and food engineering.
His main research interests are in the area of engineering methods applications to agricultural and food process machines. Particularly: applications of computer science to agricultural machines and plants, agricultural and food material physical characterisation, design of agricultural machines and plants, numerical simulation in food processing.
