Research fellow within the project ACCESS – Gatekeepers to International Refugee Law? – The Role of Courts in Shaping Access to Asylum (founded by European Research Council).

PhD Candidate in Political and Social Sciences with a dissertation titled "Frontline judges in Italy and France: unveiling discretion in asylum appeals through the lens of the Street-Level Bureaucracy" (submitted on 31/01/2024 and currently under review).
