Andrea Natale Tallarico

Andrea Natale Tallarico is a Senior Assistant Professor at the University of Bologna since 2021. His research activity is based on semiconductor power devices. In particular, the research interests include the electrical characterization and TCAD modeling of the degradation mechanisms limiting the power transistors reliability. He currently focuses his research on emerging technologies such as gallium nitride (GaN) and silicon carbide (SiC). Andrea N. Tallarico is currently involved in several European research projects, and collaborates with companies in the field of semiconductor electronic components (STMicroelectronics, Italy) and R&D hubs for micro-, nano- and digital technologies (Imec, Belgium).
