Andrea Natale Tallarico

Andrea Natale Tallarico is an Associate Professor at the University of Bologna. His research activities focus on semiconductor power devices, with particular emphasis on the electrical characterization and TCAD modeling of the degradation mechanisms limiting the power transistors reliability, as well as the design of power circuits in discrete and integrated technology. Currently, his research is centered on emerging technologies such as gallium nitride (GaN) and silicon carbide (SiC). Andrea N. Tallarico is involved in several European research projects, and collaborates with companies in the field of semiconductor electronic components (STMicroelectronics, Italy), R&D hubs for micro-, nano- and digital technologies (Imec, Belgium), and international universities (National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Taiwan).
