Curriculum vitae

Andrea Natale Tallarico received the M.Sc. and the Ph.D. degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Calabria, Italy, 2012, and from the University of Bologna, Italy, 2017, respectively.

In the period 2012-2016 he has been visiting student for two years at the imec vzw research Center, Belgium, working on GaN-based power devices reliability.

In the period 2017-2021 he joined the ARCES research Center as postdoctoral researcher, working on characterization and modelling of the semiconductor power devices reliability.

In the period 2016-2021, he has been Adjunct Professor of the University of Bologna teaching activities focused on the physics of power and CMOS semiconductor devices.

He has been working on E2SG (SP1-JTI-ENIAC-2011-3), E2CoGaN (SP1-JTI-ENIAC-2012-1), R2Power300 (ECSEL-2014-2), WInSiC4AP (ECSEL-2016-1), R3PowerUP (Work Package Leader, ECSEL-JU 2016), iRel4.0 (ECSEL-2019-1-IA) and Transform (ECSEL-2020-1-IA) European Projects.

He serves as a peer reviewer for the "IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices" (Golden Reviewer 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020), "IEEE Electron Device Letters" (Golden Reviewer 2019, 2020), "IEEE Journal of the Electron Devices Society", "IEEE Transactions on Device and Materials Reliability", and "Microelectronics Reliability".

From 2021, he is Senior Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical, Electronic, and Information Engineering "Guglielmo Marconi" - DEI of the University of Bologna.
