Zuzana Toth joined the University of Bologna in 2025 as a researcher in Educational Linguistics. Her main research interests include the acquisition of Italian in multilingual contexts, academic writing, and the development of language awareness.
In 2022, she was awarded a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship, funded by the European Union, which laid the foundations for her current research on the evaluation and assessment of text quality. Since 2011, she has collaborated with INVALSI in various capacities, particularly in the design of test items assessing language awareness.
