Internships and Degree theses
Students currently interested in undertaking curricular internships or degree theses within the scope of the lecturer’s teaching subjects will be guided towards the following areas of study.
Internships at the Laboratory of Agri-Food Economics and Policy
- Analysis of economic data relating to agri-food businesses using the FADN database.
- Analysis of secondary data from databases provided by the lecturer, with particular reference to issues related to agri-food production and consumption.
Theses
- Life IMAGE Project: cost-benefit analysis in the dairy supply chain, with particular focus on the Parmigiano Reggiano.
- Stalla Modello Project: analysis of stakeholders’ perceptions regarding the introduction of DSS tools in dairy farms.
- MATI Project: cost-benefit analysis in the mussel supply chain and in the production of golden meagre.
- Analysis of consumer preferences regarding target products to be defined in consultation with the lecturer.
